Certainly, this was one of the most important victory of Jennifer's career, as she said more than one time.
It was so significant also because this was the only win for Jennifer over Steffi Graf (the number 1 in the world) in
10 matches. Jennifer showed all her determination defeated number 2 seed Sanchez in semifinal and number 1 Graf (who
won the golden medal in 1988 Olympic Games) in Gold Medal match, both in 3 sets.

Final's report
On 2-2 in first set, Jennifer had 9 break-points, but she failed all and in the next game was forced to save a Graf's
break-point. On 3-4 Jennifer lost the serve with a double fault and Graf won 6-3 the first set without any problem.
On 4-3 of the second set Jennifer went up a break and won the set with the same score.
In the last set: Jennifer broke Graf's serve on first game, but lost immediately the serve (1-1). On 4-4 Jen took another
break and won the Gold Medal with a very good last game.
