10/12/'07 Jennifer went to the Bank of the West Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic - Jennifer
supported the inauguration of the Bank of the West Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic, a charity event, on the last Saturday.
She was on the bill, but didn't play. She was in the stands for the first couple of matches looking sporty and hip.
She was thanked at the end for coming out from Florida to support the event, but there was no explanation of why she
didn't play.
03/11/'07 Jennifer is being at the Juliette Falls Golf & Spa Community Celebrity Pro-Am - Jennifer
Capriati is slated to participate in the Juliette Falls Golf & Spa Community Celebrity Pro-Am on
Saturday, November 10 in Ocala, Florida.
PGA Tour and Champions Tour players Fred Funk, Robert Damron, Marco Dawson, Fulton Allem, Scott Hoch, Dana Quigley, Dan
Pohl, Jim Thorpe, Mark McCumber, Larry Nelson, Bruce Fleisher, Brett Quigley, and Steve Marino will compete along with
past British Open champion and current CBS Sports golf commentator Ian Baker Finch and fellow broadcasters Bobby
Clampett, also from CBS, and the Golf Channel's Mark Lye, and Curt Byrum.
The Pro-Am event will consist of five-person teams with one professional and four amateurs. The amateurs will be
playing a four-person scramble with the professionals competing individually for a $50,000.00 first place purse.
13/10/'07 Jennifer is going to be at the Bank of the West Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic - Jennifer
Capriati is scheduled to join Luke and Murphy Jensen at the inauguration of the Bank of the West Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic,
a charity event on December, 8th at The Riviera Tennis Club.
Monica Seles, actor David Duchovny and musician Gavin Rossdale are among the tennis and entertainment stars scheduled to join
the Jensens for the event.
The fun-filled day of tennis and an "Evening with the Stars" gala will raise money for a number of Jensen designated
youth-oriented charities, including Jensen-Schmidt Tennis Academy for Down Syndrome, the National Down Syndrome Society and
The Riviera Foundation.
04/08/'07 Jennifer at Acura Classic - Last
night's Acura Classic Benefit for Breast Cancer raised $256,000 for the Scripps Polster Breast Care Center.
The gala dinner and auction was hosted by San Diego radio personality Martha Barnette.
Defending champion Maria Sharapova came to help raise money, as well as former San Diego champions
Jennifer Capriati and Conchita Martinez.
At an on-court auction later in the evening, Capriati continued the fund-raising drive by helping to auction a
life-sized cardboard image of herself from six years ago, which was bought for $1,200.
15/07/'07 Jennifer doesn't feel fine - Finally,
Jennifer has spoken about herself. In a new article by nydailynews.com, she said that she's in a very
difficult period of her life: "Sometimes you get to a point where you can't stop what you are
thinking. It's like you're being taken over by a demon. You
just feel there's no way out of this space you're in. It feels like the end of
the world. When you are just so exhausted and tired of feeling that way, you
(think), 'I want to be off this planet right now, because I just feel disgusting
inside. I can't even stand my own skin, and I just want to get out.'", she said.
She also will soon have a third shoulder operation, and another on her wrist, and also try to find a solution
for a degenerative condition in her back.

12/04/'07 Capriati scheduled to appear at JBTC - Jennifer
Capriati, is scheduled to participate in Jim Berry Tennis Classic festivities on April 14th in Miami.
Held annually at Royal Palm Tennis Club in Pinecrest, the JBTC is free and open to the public and will feature
the celebrity tennis exhibition, pro-am tennis tournament, sponsor clinic and the EWM Realtors Children's Activity Park with a
rock climbing wall and moonwalk, followed by a luncheon and live auction.
12/01/'07 Jennifer talking in Las Vegas - Jennifer
Capriati, made an appearance on Thursday, January 11 at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show, showing her
support for the Tour's title sponsor Sony Ericsson.
"These days, if I'm not travelling to go see a doctor I'm just hanging out, trying to have some fun. I'm still in
Florida, I still work out, I'm still trying to comeback", she said.
