L'idea di creare questo "diario" per Jennifer, mi è venuta in ottobre del 2005, a quasi un anno dal suo ultimo match sul
circuito. Ho pensato di creare un piccolo libro con dediche, foto, pensieri e qualsiasi altra cosa, scritto per lei dai
suoi fans italiani.
Il diario è arrivato a Jennifer, che lo ha letto e l'ha molto apprezzato.
Questo è il messaggio che mi ha inviato:
I wanted to write u and just say thanks for all the support and wonderful gift u and the other fans have
given me.
That book was amazing and it really touched my heart.
Of course it made me sad because of all the memories i had to look at that im afraid i can do no more as far as
tennis. My injuries are not better.
But thanks to u and the other fans i have those special memories to keep in my heart!
It might be a suprise that im writing to u personally, but i felt that i really wanted to say thanks and express
my appreciation to all the love u guys have shown me over the years.
